USEF Horse of the Year Awards
Six horses connected to Tremont Farm won Horse of the Year awards for the 2011 show year. Kabam was the winner of the Combined Driving - Single Pony division. Uniek and Splash, former Tremont horses now owned by Jane Clark and Chester Weber were Champion and Reserve in the Combined Driving - Four in Hand Horse division. Wendy Ying won both the Pleasure Driving - Pair Horse and Pleasure Driving - Tandem Horse divisions with Duke, Dante and Alfie. Wendy trains with Tremont Farm. Congratulations all!
Bronze Medal for Kabam!
We are pleased to report that Kabam and Randy were instrumental in Team USA's medal winning result in Lipica! Kabam had his best dressage score of the season at the World Championships, followed by solid performances in the marathon and cones. Kabam finished six place overall in the single pony division in his first World Championship appearance. An 8 year old German Riding Pony, we hope that this is only the beginning of his international career as he looks forward toward the future.
